Terms & Conditions Doctor Judi — Read Before Registering

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Doctor Judi Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Doctor Judi" refers to the online betting platform operated under the domain doctorjudi.net, including all services, mobile applications, and associated channels.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the Doctor Judi platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a member on Doctor Judi, including all personal information, account balance, betting history, and account settings.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR (RM) held in your Doctor Judi account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free bets, or other financial incentives granted by Doctor Judi to members subject to specific conditions.
• "Bet" refers to any wager or bet placed by a member using their Doctor Judi account balance on any game or market available on the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the entire Doctor Judi ecosystem, including the website, iOS and Android mobile apps, and all associated user interfaces.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Doctor Judi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Doctor Judi does not permit any underage individual to register or use this platform in any capacity.
• You must register using your own name and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering under another person's name, using false details, or assuming a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Doctor Judi account. Should Doctor Judi find that a person holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.
• You must be a Malaysian resident or an individual accessing the Doctor Judi platform from a location where online betting is not prohibited under the local laws applicable to you.
• You may not register or play if you have chosen to exclude yourself from betting platforms through Doctor Judi's self-exclusion program or any similar program.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Doctor Judi accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No default daily maximum deposit limit is set; however, Doctor Judi reserves the right to impose limits as required for compliance purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian local banks listed in the payment portal.
• All deposits are final once confirmed by the payment provider. Doctor Judi is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of the e-wallet or bank provider.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the member's account. Doctor Judi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• If a deposit is not credited to your Doctor Judi account within 30 minutes, members may contact the support team with proof of transaction for further investigation.

4 Withdrawals

Doctor Judi is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms govern the withdrawal process:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 unless otherwise stated for VIP members.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Doctor Judi account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a Malaysian bank account take between 30 minutes and one hour.
• Members must fulfil the wagering requirements for any bonus received before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Real money balances (non-bonus) may be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions.
• Doctor Judi reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other breaches of terms while an investigation is conducted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Doctor Judi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated alongside the respective offer.

• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP benefits are all subject to wagering requirements that vary between 5x and 30x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes on the Doctor Judi platform. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the stipulated wagering requirements.
• Every promotion has a clearly stated validity period. Unused bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Doctor Judi reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms by the members involved.
• Members may not claim more than one welcome bonus. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is considered fraud and will result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Doctor Judi are subject to the game rules established for each game type, market, or event.

• Football betting at Doctor Judi covers markets across the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Championship, and over 80 other leagues, with odds updated in real time.
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the member. Doctor Judi is not responsible for human error in placing bets.
• Doctor Judi reserves the right to void bets in situations involving significant technical errors, incorrect odds caused by system disruptions, or events cancelled by the official organiser.
• In-play betting (placed while a match is in progress) is subject to additional conditions, and Doctor Judi reserves the right to suspend markets at any time for technical or operational reasons.
• For slots and Live Casino games, winners are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). All game outcomes are final.

7 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their Doctor Judi account login credentials secure.

• You are responsible for keeping your Doctor Judi account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Doctor Judi recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform.

• Doctor Judi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8 Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Doctor Judi platform and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to automate betting or exploit Doctor Judi's systems.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or Sports Betting.
• Bonus abuse through registering multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting gaps in the promotions system.
• Any activity involving money laundering that uses the Doctor Judi platform as a medium for transferring illicit funds.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical operations of the Doctor Judi platform in any way.
• Disclosing or selling Doctor Judi account information to third parties for commercial or fraudulent purposes.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Doctor Judi reserves the right to suspend or close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this Doctor Judi Terms & Conditions document, including holding multiple accounts, bonus fraud, or providing false information during registration.
• Activity suspected of involving financial fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the Doctor Judi platform.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves through Doctor Judi's official customer support channels.
• Members who have opted into Doctor Judi's responsible gambling self-exclusion programme.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, balances linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate funds not involved in any violation will be returned upon completion of the investigation, at Doctor Judi's discretion.

10 Responsible Gambling

Doctor Judi is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help members stay in control:

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their Doctor Judi account settings to manage their betting spend.
• The self-exclusion program allows members to apply for a suspension from the Doctor Judi platform for a chosen period ranging from 30 days to permanent.

• Any limit or restriction set by a member cannot be reduced within 24 hours of being applied, to ensure that decisions are made responsibly.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Doctor Judi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit financial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Doctor Judi platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Doctor Judi's control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data sources such as odds providers or game providers integrated into the Doctor Judi platform.
• Any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account or placing incorrect bets.

12 Amendments to Terms

Doctor Judi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.
• Continued use of the Doctor Judi platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
